Today 6/18.... I just thot f her... not exactly her actually the statue of her..

It ws during summer vaccation of 1992, me with ma parents and brother on our way to Kanpur from Kasargod. v stoped our journey @ a station for few hours. since der ws no direct train to Kanpur during that days ( i dont remember exactly), ma father checked d time f next train to Kanpur and told tat v have time enough to wander outside.

D streets seems too crowded for me, for a moment i thot "wat happens if i go missing here in dis crowd" anyway ma father was holding ma hand. while walking i saw something.

When i got a closer luk f tat, it was statue... a statue f a brave lady riding a horse... she had a sword on her right hand and it's risen...few names came into ma mind... i know her.. I know her name ... She is Lakshmibai.... Jhansi Rani... the Queen of Jhansi ... & the station wer i haltd 4 few hours is Jhansi.

Now why i thought of her is ..today its her Death anniversary..
Histories say different dates about her death... some say its 17th June some others say its 18th of June...
I remember her as the first Woman fighter who fought for our land...
